Move to approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement as presented between Ben Holt Industries, Inc., Seller and City of Kenmore, Buyer, for the property located at: 7010 NE 181st Street, Kenmore, WA 98028, and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement and take all actions necessary to implement the same .

Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 2 with KPFF Consulting Engineers Contract 19-C2098 to increase the contract amount by an additional $200,000 to $2,010,000.

Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement 22-C2786 in an amount not to exceed $60,000 for diver assisted suction harvesting of aquatic vegetation.
